🌐 Arnold Yasin Mol kicked off with an intriguing lecture on Worldview Resilience, emphasizing how our worldview shapes our definition and actions towards resilience.

💡 Participants dove into an interactive assignment, crafting Resilience Roadmaps for a fictional scenario – persistent rain and a risk of flooding.

🤝 Small groups formed, some diving into drawings, others dissecting frames. Ronald Christiaans provided expert insights, sparking dynamic discussions.

🌊 Groups tackled practical issues, conceptual tasks, and awareness creation. The exploration of different resilience levels prompted thoughtful discussions on when resilience begins and ends.

🌐 Ronald Christiaans shared compelling experiences from his time as a UNDAC and OCHA member after the Turkey earthquake, leaving attendees with new perspectives.

“I’ve never looked at it this way before,” and “Thinking about creating awareness is crucial besides preparing on the practical issues.” The afternoon sparked insightful reflections and raised important questions.
